Job Description
Individual will be responsible for taking the full ownership of L3 production support for assigned application, Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Comfortable with complex troubleshooting and On call rotation is required, Participate/host calls independently with onshore business and technology team.

- Technical SME’s for Production environment for the applications we support
- Provide Level 3 Application Production support for UCAL applications.
- Troubleshoot application integration/infrastructure issues in an enterprise wide windows environment
- Support Single customer issues
- Work on Root Cause Analysis with Problem Management team for any Production Outages/Incidents
Requirements
- Education BSC/B.E/Btech/Mtech/MSC/MCA
- Certifications If Any -None
- Experience* 3 – 5 yrs
Foundational skills
- Knowledge and experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#
- Knowledge in Java/J2EE
- Knowledge of RDBMS (SQL, Oracle)
- Should be able to analyze and troubleshoot production issues
- Good Understanding of WCF/WPF
- Knowledge on various protocols such as SOAP/HTTPS, SFTP
- Strong Log analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Ajax, Javascript, JQuery, XML
- Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk etc...

- Good Knowledge in ITSM process and communication skills
