Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with credit funds, asset managers, private equity sponsors and other market participants to source a steady pipeline of private credit lending / financing opportunities
- Negotiate deal terms and documentation to ensure favorable outcomes for the firm
- Develop distribution / risk defeasance strategy in discussion with originations / structuring desks and Identify suitable institutional investors, including credit funds, asset managers, and bank lenders, to participate in private credit lending / financing deals for SP.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in private credit / structured finance with a proven track record of originating and syndicating deals in the Asia Pacific region
- Deep network and relationships with key market participants, including credit funds, asset managers an, private equity sponsors
- Demonstrated expertise in structuring and underwriting a variety of private credit instruments, such as commercial real estate financing, credit portfolio financings, and ABS
- Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with institutional investors
- Strong financial modeling and credit analysis capabilities
- Fluency in English and at least one major Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Korean)
This senior-level role requires a seasoned private credit professional with a comprehensive understanding of the Asia Pacific market and the ability to drive the firm's private credit lending / financing origination efforts in the region.
