Your key responsibilities:

• Collaboration and communication with multiple senior Stakeholders to ensure smooth transfer of Business Management activities
• Planning onshore to offshore business management activities migrations and streamlining end to end processes to support the business
• Identification tracking and reporting of activities KPI’s along with building and onboarding pipeline of future activities.
• Lead project and program management, quality control, service delivery, vendor management, strategic execution, risk & control, contract and vendor management, training enablement etc.
• Handle senior COO and Business Management roles for critical functions.
• Track metrics against stated objectives and key results; leverage data driven insights to inform continuous improvement opportunities.
• Due diligence, assistance to business for ensuring completion of control function requirements
• Lead the execution of Business initiatives and activities in support of team and business priorities
• Representing the team in regional and global governance forums where appropriate

To qualify for the role you must have:

• 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience
• Any Graduate
• Experience in Investment Banking/Capital Markets is preferred
• Prior experience of COO or Business Management is preferred
