Your key responsibilities:
- Collaboration and communication with multiple senior Stakeholders to ensure smooth transfer of Business Management activities
- Planning onshore to offshore business management activities migrations and streamlining end to end processes to support the business
- Identification tracking and reporting of activities KPI’s along with building and onboarding pipeline of future activities.
- Lead project and program management, quality control, service delivery, vendor management, strategic execution, risk & control, contract and vendor management, training enablement etc.
- Handle senior COO and Business Management roles for critical functions.
- Track metrics against stated objectives and key results; leverage data driven insights to inform continuous improvement opportunities.
- Due diligence, assistance to business for ensuring completion of control function requirements
- Lead the execution of Business initiatives and activities in support of team and business priorities
- Representing the team in regional and global governance forums where appropriate
To qualify for the role you must have:
- 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience
- Any Graduate
- Experience in Investment Banking/Capital Markets is preferred
- Prior experience of COO or Business Management is preferred
