Portfolio & Demand Management: Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of IT projects that support business goals. Ensure transparency and alignment of IT investments with business strategy.
Hands-On Leadership: Be actively involved in project delivery, issue resolution, and change management. Roll up sleeves to support teams, troubleshoot problems, and ensure successful outcomes.
Change Agent: Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging technology to optimize business operations.
Value Realization: Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of IT solutions. Ensure that IT services and projects deliver tangible business benefits.

Must Haves:
B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
8+ years of experience in system architecture/design/delivery
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes in a multinational environment Ability to analyze, optimize, and implement business processes, ensuring that technology solutions are designed to support and enhance end-to-end business workflows. Prioritize process improvement and operational excellence over a purely technology-first approach
Experience managing complex portfolios and leading change initiatives
Track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement
Strong negotiation/facilitation skills
Experience with complex RFQs and RFPs; experience as negotiator with vendors for relevant products and services
Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
Able to work on a team, in person, and in a collaborative virtual setting
