Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Broad range of HR knowledge, exposure to CoE disciplines and local employment law.
Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
Ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive market priorities.
Effective problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis skills, with demonstrated communication skills.
