Job Description

As an Analog Circuit Design Lead, you'll be responsible for but not limited to the following

  • Lead the design and development of analog circuits, including Transmitter, Receiver, Equalizers, Serdes, Clocking & Power delivery circuits like PLL, DLL, QLL , LDOs etc
  • Drive architecture definition, circuit implementation, and optimization to meet performance, power, area, and cost requirements.
  • Perform detailed design reviews and provide hands-on technical support during critical phases of development.
  • Lead efforts in advanced circuit simulation, validation, and debugging using industry-standard tools and equipment.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant specifications, standards, and reliability requirements.
  • Collaborate with layout designers to ensure optimal placement and routing of critical I/O circuits, considering signal integrity and power integrity concerns.
  • Conduct thorough design verification through simulations and analysis to validate functionality and meet performance specifications
Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates

Minimum Qualifications:

PhD degree with 6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Engineering Physics, or other or related field

10+ years of hands-on experience in high speed analog circuit design, with a proven track record of successful projects.

Expertise in designing and verifying analog circuits such as Transceivers, amplifiers, PLLs, voltage regulators, and data converters.

Proficiency in using EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, or Synopsys.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in mixed-signal design and integration.Knowledge of industry standards related to high-speed I/O interfaces

Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., EMI/EMC, ESD).
