Healthcare Technology Management Specialist (Cambridge, MA)
Your role:
- Healthcare Technology Management
- Work with business units to understand the latest technologies and related value propositions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the relevant installed base information, enrich this with customer information and map it against best practices (expert-based benchmarks) to build a comprehensive technology plan
- Prepare value simulation models to identify the economic value of upgrading a customer installed base to the latest available technology
- Customer-Facing Presentations:
- Lead the presales stages of the opportunity by providing deep & effective presentation of technology management (retire, upgrade, replace & right-size) with a focus on customer needs and defined solution.
- Present solution and map against customer requirements with understanding of competitive/other factors impacting deal closure.
- Create visually compelling and insightful presentations for external stakeholders.
- Strategic Support:
- Work with ECEs and SSAMs to identify and qualify partnership opportunities.
- Drive a data-driven consultative approach in collaboration with our customers and the account team, focusing on the value a comprehensive technology plan can bring for the customer installed base (fleet).
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure presentations adhere to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address any compliance-related concerns.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Clinical Practice or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) or professional certifications is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare technology or combination of equivalent related experience and education
- 5+ years of experience developing healthcare solutions and services with a proven client execution track record
- Requires a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare with knowledge in imaging and patient monitoring.
- Expert in asset management, services, productivity improvement and capital planning
