Job Title:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing technology or a related field, with at least 3 years focused on Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar marketing automation platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain complex customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Develop and integrate custom solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem to enhance customer journey capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement real-time decisioning and personalization strategies to optimize customer interactions.
- Utilize APIs for integration with external systems and data sources.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent customer experiences by implementing rigorous testing and QA processes.
- Monitor journey performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay current with Adobe Journey Optimizer updates, new features, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to journey implementations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Analytics.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
