Responsibilities:

• Full competency in accounting and reporting functionsacross a variety of open and closed end fundstructuresand asset types.

• various quarterly and ad hoc deliverables, such asClient reporting,invoice payments and Man Co reporting.

• Present the administrators report to Board Meetings of the funds.

• Serve as primary operational contact for a range of clients ensuring thata good working relationship ismaintained, and deliverables are continually met.

• Work with Fund Accounting Directoron strategic planning and management reporting.

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience working in a hedge fund administration firm isrequired(at least3years in a managerial roleand acting as final sign off on NAV production).

• Knowledge of Advent Geneva preferred.

• Have a strong knowledge of different asset types,such asBank Debt,PrivateEquityand distressed debt.

• Review of interest accruals.

• Review of expense accruals, ensuring they are in line with agreed budgets/

• High levelof organisational skill.

• Strong people manager with experience of leading groups of direct reports

• Ability to be flexible and be able to pivot from one task to another or to ad hoc requests that may arise from time to time.

• Experience servicing a large client in a fast-paced environment.

• Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to quickly recognise changing priorities and refocus efforts of the team accordingly
