- Strategic Relationship Management:
- Growth and Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive partner strategy aimed at driving substantial sales growth, increasing revenue, and organizing impactful co-marketing events.
- Training and Enablement: Provide exceptional training, enablement, and ongoing support to our partners. Equip them with the essential tools, resources, and knowledge needed to effectively sell and implement monday.com.
- Partner Engagement: Manage a portfolio of 30-40 top-tier partners, preparing them for a successful transition into channel partnerships while ensuring their continued success and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing partner relationships, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with the monday.com platform is highly advantageous.
