Your key responsibilities
You will
take part in demanding global / regional / local engagements,and you will:
- Build valued relationships with internal peers and client teams, using your technical knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver best in class results
- Participate in client meetings and interview client key stakeholders to understand their business needs
- Continuously develop yourself through structured trainings, provided by external & internal business partners, as well as hands on experience gained during participation in implementation projects
- Spend most of your time on clients’ sites to train, coach and develop client teams, both leadership and shop floor personnel, deploying EY’s advanced Manufacturing Excellence program and focus on developing and building employees' capabilities through everyday interaction on the shop floor
- Perform analysis of production data, creating end to end loss trees and operational KPIs, to understand the current state, identify the main areas of improvement and trigger the proper Advanced Manufacturing tools to drive exceptional results

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Advanced speaking, communicating and writing capabilities in German and/or Spanish language – or being a German and/or Spanish native speaker
- Advanced business writing capability both in English and Greek
- At least 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing roles in Production, Maintenance and/or Quality, ideally in a corporate or management consulting environment and within the field of Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Production Management, Continuous Improvement and Digital Manufacturing
- A bachelor and/or master’s degree in industrial management /engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics Management, Operations Management, Operational Research, or other engineering related field with strong quantitative focus
- Experience in business environment and very good understanding of Manufacturing processes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in SAP Production and Maintenance modules will be considered as an advantage
- Good understanding of manufacturing data & analytics (knowledge of data management architecture in manufacturing is a plus)
- Knowledge, working experience and passion for Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing Excellence methodologies and tools (Lean, 6sigma, TPM, TQM), ideally with relevant certifications
- Experience in Project Management , and problem-solving tools
- Availability to travel, as most of the working time will be allocated on clients’ sites in Greece and abroad
