JOB DESCRIPTION

, based in office in PL, you will be responsible for delivering technical support for access and video products of LenelS2 to the Value Added Resellers (authorized partners) and End-Customers of our area of coverage in Europe, Middle-East and Africa.


Qualifications / Requirements

  • Engineering degree Bac+4 or equivalent
  • Bilingual English mandatory
  • Experience in a support or technical consultancy function.
  • Professional experience of IP network.
  • Preferably, a relevant experience in the Electronic Security sector.
  • A solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows operating systems.
  • Analytical mind. The ability to solve complex problems, based on a logical and inquisitive nature.
  • Weekend support (once a month full weekend)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Expertise in relevant technologies and products
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
