Party Reference Data Utility is responsible for timely and accurate completion of Client Reference data setup and maintenance across various LOBs
Role Description
- To Create and maintain Client Reference data in System
- Validate and diligently review documentation
- To maintain high accuracy level in tasks processed
- Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed without any misses.
- Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management in the loop
- Liaising and partnering with requestors / business partners as required.
- Data analysis / research and remediation function as per requirements.
- Maintain and produce MIS report as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- University Graduate.
- 2 -5 years’ experience in financial services or related industries
- Excellent Client service and Communication Skills
- Flexible to shifts and to should be able to deliver as part of the team.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting/ advanced Excel a plus.
- Attention to detail and reasoning ability
