In this role, you are expected to:

This is a role within the Global Infrastructure Support Team Business Solutions Unit, and will be responsible for ensuring that all Flexcube and compliance projects have appropriate operations involvement, from business proposals review, to analyze and support for creation of business requirement documents, project management, training and eventually ensuring effective operations readiness. The role will provide direct project analysis and SME support around EMEA Flexcube and will also maintain a strong oversight view of Global Flexcube related projects, and deliver practical support to key initiatives both in EMEA as well as in other regions.

• Develop and maintain effective basic project management controls to ensure that agreed delivery times and functionality are met for operations and business teams.

• Ensure that, in co-operation with the Program Management Office, a good oversight of major global initiatives is maintained, whilst delivering practical support to key EMEA initiatives, as well as in other regions.

• Maintain adequate controls and tracking process to ensure audit requirements are fully met at all times for all projects.

• Develop and manage expectations of stakeholders in terms of functionality and delivery times for solutions.

• Develop business analysts’ skills to provide subject matter expertise services to operations and businesses, during the initiation, definition, construction, validation, testing, implementation and handover stages of projects.

• Closely work with branch Operations, identify pain points and address the potential automation areas to mitigate any manual touch points.

• Track timescales associated with each project, and on completion transfer responsibility to achieve benefits to the business concerned.

• Work with regional Operation teams and in-country senior management to define priorities and delivery scope.

• Establish good working relationship with all internal and external partners.

• Interact with senior management globally from Operations, Business and Technology to address the concerns and bring alternative cost effective solutions.

• Serve as a member of Business Analysts team to provide SME services to operations and businesses, during the whole life cycle of projects

• Identify potential issues or possible improvement areas and provide solution with minimum technology cost or development

• Bring standardization of process across clusters/regions wherever possible develops solutions.

• Takes the responsibility and identifies possible areas to pursue retrofitting solutions in between clusters or branches of existing features.

• Analyze current Payment Operation Flows & identify Operations Pain points and provide solutions to mitigate Manual touch points.

• Provides gap analysis and create requirement documents for technology.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Preferably B.A. degree from Business Administration, Engineering or Economy departments of Universities

• Minimum 3 year of experience

• Advanced level of English is required

• Knowledge of MS Office Programs

• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills (verbal and written).

• Confidence in dealing with senior management and being able to communicate well and gain senior confidence.

• Awareness of Project management skills and Project lifecycle.

• Excellent organization and administrative skills.

• Good understanding of business analysis, and of testing techniques, methods and principles.

• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a pressured environment and in meeting deadlines.

• Ability to gather and assimilate information in a short period of time.

• Able to build consensus to drive implementation regionally.

• Maintain a strong oversight view of Global Flexcube related projects.
