You drive improvements, planning processes and strategic initiatives.
Your role:

• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize the supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive cost savings
• Lead the planning and execution of supply chain improvement projects, including identifying opportunities, defining objectives, and developing action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
• Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain processes, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations
• Design and implement robust planning processes for demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment with business needs and customer requirements
• Drive the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to mitigate risks, enhance resilience, and improve responsiveness to market changes and disruptions
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track supply chain performance and monitor progress towards strategic objectives
• Lead the development and implementation of supply chain technology solutions and tools to enhance visibility, efficiency, and collaboration across the supply chain network
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team, encouraging the adoption of best practices, knowledge sharing, and professional development
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal partners, to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals

You're the right fit if:

• 10 years in various functions of the Supply Chain including but not limited to operations, program and change management in a global company and geographically diverse
• Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement, planning processes, and strategic initiatives
• A proven trackrecord of successfully leading and driving supply chain transformation initiatives within complex organizations, that enabled business growth and improved customer experience
• Knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems and other supply chain management software systems and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS)
• Expertise in change management and a demonstrated ability to lead and influence organizational change
• Able to handle problems or conflicts with others openly and directly
• Committed and willing to take risks, make decisions, and escalate when needed to achieve desired business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills to assess, frame and drive data-driven decisions
• Effective to lead and coach organization to create models to analyze “what-if” scenarios for proactive planning purposes
• Deep experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals, priorities, and commitments
