We are seeking an experienced people manager to lead a group of Sys Dev / Application Engineers and develop high quality training data at scale. The prospective manager will drive the team in delivering the data requirements from partner teams with good quality and initiatives to continuously improve the delivery. The Manager will also be responsible for operational excellence and standardize the processes to deliver high quality training data. A successful candidate will be a hands-on manager with an established background in developing automated solutions, hire and develop talent, have strong technical ability, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a dynamic fast paced environment.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 6+ years industry experience, with 2+ years of experience in managing Sys dev Engineers/ Similar roles.
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules and experience in coding languages
- Experienced in using an iterative process such as SCRUM to deliver engineering projects; experience in continuous improvement to development process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audience

Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in Gen AI data generation, tools
- Experience in managing and driving small to large scale automation projects
- Experience with AWS services such as S3 and RDS
