- 3+ years in SaaS Account Executive – Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise accounts, driving growth and renewals.
- 2+ years of experience in the Israeli Public Sector – working with government organizations, understanding procurement processes.
- Proven Sales Performance – History of exceeding sales targets, especially in the public sector.
- Native Hebrew Speaker – Fluent in Hebrew, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in English – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience Selling Multi-Product Solutions – Advantage
- Exceptional Communication Skills – Able to engage with public sector stakeholders at all levels.
- Positive Attitude & Empathy – Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset.
- High Energy & Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Customer-Centric & Goal-Oriented – Focused on client needs and achieving outcomes.
- Strong Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills – Able to manage multiple accounts and solve complex issues.
Your Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in SaaS account management – MUST
- 2+ years working within the Israeli public sector – MUST
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas – MUST
- Native Hebrew speaker – MUST
- Proficient in English – MUST
- Experience selling to government or public sector organizations – Advantage
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes – Advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Ability to engage with government stakeholders at all levels
