About You
In your role as an HR and Account Generalist, you will:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations to support the employee life cycle, from post-onboarding to off-boarding.
- Process monthly payroll and manage tax clearance matters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate payroll and tax clearance records
- Maintain and reconcile private ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare and post journal entries to general ledger accounts
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Generate a variety of reports and statement of accounts, ranging from transactional to management reporting in nature.
- Participate in projects and initiatives as opportunities arise, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
We’re Looking for People with the Following Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of HR Operations experience; payroll experience is a plus.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills are mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of numeracy and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when working with numbers and process improvement.
- A self-driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and is service-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions with quality and timeliness.
- Effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- IT-savvy with excellent skills in MS Office applications; working knowledge of Accounting software is helpful.
