Job Title: M365 Services Specialist
Experience Level: 6-9 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Conduct assessments of existing environments to identify opportunities for migration and modernization.
- Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations and on-premises to tenant migrations using tools like BitTitan, ShareGate, or Quest Migrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of M365 services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M365 applications and services.
- Develop and implement best practices for M365 governance, security, and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest M365 features and enhancements to drive modernization efforts.
- Train and mentor junior team members on M365 services and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Proven experience in assessments, migrations, and modernization projects.
- At least L2 level hands-on knowledge in Active Directory services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
