- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in engineering, and 10 years of experience leading organizations of engineers.
- Experience delivering hyperscale cloud services to Enterprise customers.
- Experience working with supplier and partner teams to build solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience within storage, cloud services, or platform development.
- Experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with partners and developing relationships, ideally in storage products.
- Ability to explain complex business or technical challenges.
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast-moving environment, collaborating across multiple teams and functions within and beyond Google.
- Excellent “big picture” strategy thinking, enabling teams to deliver management solutions that are effective at scale.
