- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience managing people or teams.
- 3 years of experience leading projects.
- 3 years of experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in change management and leading teams or projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in systems and software with leadership capabilities to influence technical leaders across the company.
- Ability to build critical partnerships across groups, as well as manage and align many conflicting priorities and varying viewpoints.
- Ability to debug, optimize code, and to automate routine tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills.
