Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience in risk management within Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).
3 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
Credentials from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, IOSH/NEBOSH, or equivalent agency.
Experience implementing and executing Environmental, Health and Safety management (ISO 45001or equivalent), including management of EHS compliance for industrial facilities.
Experience managing environmental programs and systems (14001 or equivalent) (e.g., emissions, wastewater, etc.).
Experience liaising with State and Local Authorities regarding EHS issues across the EMEA region.
