Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience working with digital organizations.
Experience with performance marketing and PMax campaign management.
Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in planning and measuring performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Experience across various digital advertising channels (including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and knowledge of the engaged landscape.
Ability to grow in a fluid environment, and capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including C-level communication, lead cross-functional collaborations, and influence solutions to drive cross-channel campaign performance.
Ability to develop narratives and presentations with excellent organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
