Job Description

responsible for building outstanding shopper experience in omnichannel.

Your role:

  • Having a great impact on how we interact with our consumers during whole decision journey with strong focus on in-store engagement and online excellence.

  • Building expertise of a category, based on the knowledge of shopper insights, market data and best practices, stock & sell-out data from retailers and identifying biggest growth opportunities for the category.

  • Leading the creation of trade activation plan for key categories taking into account channel specifics and tailor made approach.

  • Constant monitoring of Philips in-store position (in-store excellence) online and offline, setting improvement targets in each trade area and driving actions to close gaps.

  • Understanding the growth pillars for category and channel, prioritizing key growth drivers, key category segments, shopper target groups, shopper triggers and barriers in order to come up with category strategy and recommendations of channel activation.

  • Leading and executing tactical promotions in category under responsibility

  • You will be a part of category-oriented, omnichannel Trade & Shopper Marketing team cooperating with Sale, Marketing and Digital teams.

  • You will be responsible for Male Grooming category

You're the right fit if:

  • You have experience in trade & shopper marketing management or similar position

  • You have knowledge of e-commerce media & following latest trends, digital background will be an advantage

  • You have understanding of business operations, marketing principles, management skills and techniques.

  • You are able to lead category/channel trade marketing change projects.

  • You are able to work independently and provide consultative advice within specific functional areas.

  • You have analytical mindset with ability to analyze data from various sources

  • You possess strong commercial communication skills.

  • You are flexible and self-motivated team player.

  • You are fluent English

  • You have active driving license (B category)
