What you'll do...



What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance our member's personalized experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Drive the development of innovative solutions that improve our customers' identity experience, and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering team.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

  • Monitor and report on team performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.


What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in technology, retail a plus.

  • Proven experience in leading a team of engineers and delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • Ability to mentor and guide engineering team in coding standards, deployment strategies, architecture and qualification.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
