You are responsible for
- Provide future product needs / market opportunities with quantified data
 - Identify and evaluate local for local products and propose additions to product portfolio for approval by global BU
 - Provide an annual tactical marketing plan – no more than 10 slides
 - Provide customer feedback on existing products on a quarterly basis
 - Analyze competitive strategies and provide feedback to the BG / BU
 - Owns the local Corporate Market Models data inputs
 - Manage the New Product Introduction and determine local product portfolio and pricing
 - Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans / tactics incl. BU specific promotional activities like symposia and other Marketing investments like luminary programs
 - Build-up a network with professional associations and luminaries
 - Deploy product pricing and positioning
 
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor degree on Medical science or engineering technology;
 - Sales and Marketing experience
 - Strong leadership
 - Excellent communicator
