Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in software engineering leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with GCP or other cloud providers and in developing and operating large-scale infrastructure systems with technical expertise in cloud computing (e.g., compute, storage, and AI/ML).
- Experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams, effectively dealing with customer escalations, and driving resolutions to complex technical issues.
- Understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently to support customers in the region.
