What You’ll Do • Helping Delivery Advisor with customer request.
• Sorting delivery document from customer such as IDs and coordinate with Customs, Government department , Registration partners…etc to follow our schedule.
• Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
• Support the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service.
• Contribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back end processes and procedures.
• Helping to apply EVs tax refund process to offer customer service.
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices

• Strong ability to work independently, knowing how to prioritize tasks in a fast pace working environment.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the transportation industry.
• Good at work cross-functionally with logistics, Customs, Customer support, Vendors, Operation and Admin.
• Capable of understanding new information/systems at a rapid pace
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.
• Excel formula & word function skills(ex:vlookup, mailmerge…) knowledge is plus
• Team management experience is plus
