Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in NPI operations management, supply chain management/manufacturing operations/development, or operations engineering.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations with FATP in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) companies for consumer electronics products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional internal and external teams, and the consumer technology market.
- Experience with Original Equipment Manufacturers, Original Device Manufacturers, and third-party suppliers.
- Knowledge of multiple aspects of hardware operations, typical hardware bill of materials, process documentation, and assembly and test processes.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time as needed.
