- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a technology contracting, deal desk, legal, or sales operations environment.
- Experience working with non-standard customer contracts, with a focus on tailoring agreements to meet unique business needs.
- Experience with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing agreements (e.g., drafting, redlining, discussing agreements) at a technology firm.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to present investigative findings used to influence internal and external leadership.
- Ability to be resourceful, solve problems, work autonomously, lead, and work on multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and verbal/written communication skills.
