As a Card Marketing Copy QA Analyst within our first line of defense team, you will perform Quality Assurance testing to ensure adherence to our processes, guidelines, and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Executes Quality assurance testing
• Performs analytical focused tasks involving Quality reviews, Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3 + years of professional experience performing analytically focused tasks involving Quality Reviews (QA / QC), Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar
• Bachelor’s degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager)
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail
• Proven history of successful organization and time management skills, effectively prioritizing work & organizing materials to meet deadlines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business (verbal and written)
• Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization
• Capable of discussing differing opinions while maintaining composure and professionalism
• Regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channels is a plus
