Technical Excellence

1. In-depth Knowledge of the IT Industry : Understand the latest technologies, software development practices, and IT roles. Familiarity with the specific demands of the GCC market is crucial.

2. Technical Screening Skills : Ability to assess technical skills and knowledge of candidates effectively. This may include understanding of coding languages, development methodologies, and software lifecycle processes.

3. Experience with GCC Hiring Practices : Knowledge of the legal and cultural aspects of recruiting in the GCC countries, including work permits, relocation issues, and local employment laws.

Qualification

1. Assessment and Interviewing Techniques : Proficiency in conducting technical interviews and coordinating technical assessments to ensure candidates meet the required standards of technical excellence.

2. Talent Sourcing Strategies : Experience with sourcing techniques that attract top-tier IT talent, including passive candidate sourcing and headhunting.

3. Recruitment Tools and Technologies : Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment software that aid in the search for high-quality candidates.
