Senior Demand Generation Representative

As a Senior Demand Generation Representative at Honeywell, in Ireland, you will be responsible for be a true hunter, a challenger, and a seller, capable of building strong relationships up and down the executive levels of new and major specifier-consultants, end-users, general contracting firms (G/C’s), Engineering Procurement Contractors’ (EPC’s).


Key requirements

  • Prolific local ambassador for the future of life safety and innovations and New Product Introduction (NPI) that position the company as a thought leader in the industry
  • A relentless networker, responsible for positioning the company’s products and software and increase the share of wallet and drive preference for the company in local key projects.
  • Responsibility includes finding and developing strategic areas for growth, where there is a tangible return on investment in local markets and building relationships with key stakeholders and influence to drive preference for the company’s products and software.
  • Nurturing parent projects and new projects from external databases, campaigns, or events to ensure that they are converted into opportunities.
  • Team player and partner in liaising with Territory Account Manager and Product Demand Generation and Vertical Demand Generation and other project influencers to secure hard specifications that meet and exceed customers’ requirements with winning value propositions and proposals that win orders and achieve or exceed Target.
  • Delivering product and software NPI, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and other related presentations to influencers.
  • Coordinate and identify cross-sell demand generation opportunities with BMS and Security.
  • Networking with other local influencers, insurance companies, regulatory bodies, local forum, others (ie. women in fire, BHE).
  • Creates awareness and demand for company products and software by co-developing content and campaigns for local markets with the Vertical Marcom lead, and actively promotes through social media channels.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Sales and technical background are pre-requisites.
  • The confidence, drive, and energy to sell solutions.
  • First class presentation skills in local language.
  • Knack to network with new non-conventional influencers.
  • Strong team player, highly motivated and self-reliant.
  • Very good understanding of the local client requirements
