What a typical day looks like:
- To conduct Heatsink DFM for mechanical measurement for tolerance and interference validation, using different torque, and screw spring force.
- Understanding of Thermal Interface Materials for heatsink Assembly, and to conduct assembly validation for heatsink.
- Able to manage and conduct SMT DOE build with good knowledge with Stencil design, Reflow Process, X-Ray.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.
- Establish and improve process capabilities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.
- Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
- Improve throughput in constrained areas.
- Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
- Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
- Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
- Requires minimum 7 years in Process Engineering or related experience.
- Hands on experience with Heatsink assembly and validation.
- Understand the methodology and able to conduct Strain Measurement.
