Lead the Field Services organization, encompassing Field Engineering and Technical Support, to drive operational excellence and customer success.
Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with company objectives and drive growth.
Define and implement data-driven product strategy plans for Field Services, collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
Develop and manage the Field Services budget in partnership with Finance to ensure fiscal responsibility and drive growth.
Oversee the operations of the Technical Support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive customer success and business growth.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in technical support, preferably within a SaaS environment, and a strong track record in leadership.
An understanding of the challenges common in growing tech startups, and a strategic mind to overcome those hurdles.
Preferred experience within a technical Data company (i.e. BI, Data Analytics, Big Data)
Extensive experience working directly with executive leadership and driving alignment across multiple business units.
Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build and execute a comprehensive communication strategy.
