Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the HR Transactions PMO by supporting project governance, tracking milestones, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across HR Transactions emphasizing on post-merger integration, spin-offs and carve-outs
- Assist end-to-end delivery for global transaction assignments across multiple time-zones
- Showcase technical and analytical know-how in a deal context for key HR aspects: HR Operations, Labor Relations and Compliance, Organisation and Talent Management, Employee Experience and Day 1 Communications
- Ensure high quality deliverables are produced by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills and provide visually compelling deliverables tailored for global stakeholders and client leadership
- Build expertise in other related areas such as HR Transformation, organisation design, organization change management, etc.
- Assist in proposal development, pursuits, and RFP responses in collaboration with global teams to drive business growth

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR consulting / Talent domain
- Master’s or MBA degree in HR or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong data-analytics, Excel and Power BI skills
Good to have:
- Understanding of the M&A lifecycle / Transaction deals across geographies and HR landscape, including total rewards, compensation structures, country-specific compliance, organization design, and change management principles
- Knowledge of data and talent management tools such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
- Understanding of the full life-cycle of Human Resources function
- Proficiency in leveraging technology — including AI and data analytics.
