- 8 years of wireless industry and 5 years of program/project management experience
- Direct experience of having previously worked with one or multiple China carriers, delivered products or features that operate on their network
- Experience with wireless technologies and projects, specifically for LTE, NR, NTN and Satellite
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in both Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of software engineering processes with considerable software release experience
- Knowledge of China device certification requirements and processes
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while expertly driving multiple projects across many teams
- Proactive and able to be firm with carrier/vendor partners
- Passionate, curious, and always seeking innovative ways to solve real-world problems
- Excellent judgment and integrity with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Upbeat, adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate
