Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in analog IC design, with a proven track record of successful tape-outs.
Proficient in analog circuit design principles and techniques, with experience in one or more of the following areas: operational amplifiers, data converters, power management, and LIN/CAN communication.
Strong knowledge of analog design tools such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or similar EDA software.
Experience with analog circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Specter) and the ability to perform comprehensive circuit analysis.
Understanding of semiconductor process technology and its impact on analog circuit design.
