- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in research or data analytics, including with User Experience teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- Experience integrating quantitative results with qualitative findings to provide robust learnings and recommendations.
- Expertise with research questions within a given domain, and of technical tools for the analysis of data within that field.
- Expertise with a range of quantitative methodologies and principles of research design.
