This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior Investment leadership in developing the strategic vision and creating compelling narratives to generate followership and execute on the PB Investments strategy
  • Utilize knowledge of investment clients, products, processes and to support analysis of business challenges and determine the best methodology to drive strategic direction and resolve issues
  • Proactively contribute to, and drive execution of, key priorities engaging the leadership team on key decisions to drive the business agenda
  • Build business cases for Investments initiatives, justification for identified improvement opportunities and convert into Business Process Improvement Plans & Proposals
  • Analyze complex business issues, develop potential solutions, and drive them to resolution
  • Manage short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and communicate execution plans for Investments related initiatives
  • Collaborate with business partners to meet strategic goals and to drive improvement, while ensuring ongoing stakeholder engagement and clearly articulate the importance and impact of change
  • Support the analysis of end-to-end processes to develop strategic process improvement recommendations to improve client and associate experiences
  • Strong experience in building decks, understanding of advanced PowerPoint, and being able to present to high level executives.
