Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of end-to-end BI solutions, covering data capturing and breakdown, insights for transformation potential, and modelling and visualization.
  • Implement data management and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting layers defined by yearly updated priorities and client engagement.
  • Build and optimize Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, Row-Level Security (RLS), and performance tuning best practices.
  • Design and maintain robust data models that support analytics, reporting, and predictive insight generation.
  • Enable Power BI integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., PowerApps, SharePoint, Dynamics, Marketo) using APIs or direct connectors, ensuring reliable data refresh and reporting pipelines.
  • Define, track, and analyze performance KPIs to deliver actionable insights for marketing, operations, and leadership.
  • Write advanced SQL queries and stored procedures, and design efficient, scalable data models in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

Desired technical skills:

  • Data Management & Governance – ensuring clean, accurate, and consistent data across systems
  • Data Modelling – logical, physical, and semantic models for reporting and analytics
  • Power BI – advanced DAX, interactive dashboards, RLS, performance tuning
  • Power BI Integration – API and native connectors for dynamic reporting across platforms
  • SQL & SSMS – complex queries, stored procedures, and performance-optimized data models
  • End-to-End BI Solutions – from data preparation to automated visualization and insights
  • Data Visualization & Insight Generation – translating analytics into business impact

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in data management, performance analytics, BI, or data insights roles.
  • Proven ability to design and manage data models for reporting and analytics.
  • Strong experience working with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity using Python for data automation, modelling, or advanced analytics.
  • Exposure to data engineering and building AI/ML models for predictive insights.
