Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of end-to-end BI solutions, covering data capturing and breakdown, insights for transformation potential, and modelling and visualization.
- Implement data management and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting layers defined by yearly updated priorities and client engagement.
- Build and optimize Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, Row-Level Security (RLS), and performance tuning best practices.
- Design and maintain robust data models that support analytics, reporting, and predictive insight generation.
- Enable Power BI integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., PowerApps, SharePoint, Dynamics, Marketo) using APIs or direct connectors, ensuring reliable data refresh and reporting pipelines.
- Define, track, and analyze performance KPIs to deliver actionable insights for marketing, operations, and leadership.
- Write advanced SQL queries and stored procedures, and design efficient, scalable data models in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in data management, performance analytics, BI, or data insights roles.
- Proven ability to design and manage data models for reporting and analytics.
- Strong experience working with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver performance dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear business recommendations.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity using Python for data automation, modelling, or advanced analytics.
- Exposure to data engineering and building AI/ML models for predictive insights.
