Job Purpose
This position has the primary role is assisting with all duties relating to Microbiology.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Environmental Monitoring at the plant (Microbial, Particulate, Water).
- Perform product testing (Bioburden and Endotoxin).
- Perform product validations.
- Collect, compile and analyse data and prepare laboratory reports.
- Assist in any investigations into out of specification results.
- Involvement in ordering materials for laboratory.
- Maintain 5S standards in the Microbiology laboratory and office area.
- Support the business with regard to process improvements and quality improvements.
- Ensure compliance to BSC Cork, Corporate and Regulatory requirements.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Level 7 is required
- Microbiology or similar courses
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
