Responsibilities
  • Customer and Industry Insights : This involves combining various business and industry insights to forecast and develop recommendations for managing accounts. It includes orchestrating global teams to gather information, collaborate on performance markers, and identify potential risks in customer accounts.
  • Differentiated Value Proposition : Acting as a Technology Mentor, this responsibility focuses on developing relationships with senior leaders, advising on solutions, and aligning Microsoft capabilities with customer needs. It also involves leading customer business transformations through digital technologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Education and Thought Leadership : This entails leading customer technology engagement by motivating and inspiring technical resources towards business transformation. It includes delivering regular industry/technology engagements and creating enablement plans for large customers to drive long-term engagement and thought leadership on the Microsoft platform.
  • Mapping and Account Planning : This involves orchestrating internal teams and partner ecosystems to ensure sufficient technical resources for demand generation. It includes establishing best practices for account planning, coordinating extended account teams, and driving forecasting and tracking of the business.
  • Technology Sales: Demand Generation and Orchestration : Leading the customer journey into the era of AI and Industrial Metaverse, this responsibility involves creating targeted approaches tailored to current business requirements and positioning Microsoft as a leader for the future.
