Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in hardware development, and in consumer electronics development through the NPI life-cycle.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading technical projects in consumer electronics or related companies.
- Ability to identify and resolve cross-functional and inter-team issues quickly, foresee technical risks and manage them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions effectively across all project stakeholders and levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with effective attention to detail.
