Oversees complex accounts, develops strategies to manage pipeline and meet sales goals, leads virtual teams, and prioritizes projects to achieve business outcomes. Thinks strategically about customer planning, sets standards and priorities, and engages decision makers for long-term business planning.
Develops and executes account plans, leads high-performing teams, coordinates with industry experts to drive account growth, and expands network of key partners to provide a seamless account management experience. Engages with partners to promote mutually-beneficial strategies and drives joint solutions.
Customer Engagement
Supports business transformation through technology, leveraging consultative listening skills to bring innovative ideas and showcase the need for change. Engages corporate and cross-industry resources to drive customer transformation, mitigate competitive risks, and capture line-of-business wins as references.
Cultivates relationships with customers and uses Microsoft sales strategies to align with executive decision makers. Establishes Rhythm of Business (RoB) with top customer sponsors, fosters trust and brand loyalty, assists partners in joint-selling, and leverages digital selling methods to grow the network and create a pipeline. Advocates on behalf of customers internally and connects them with other customers/partners for mutual benefit.
Sales Excellence
Positions oneself as a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level decision makers by leveraging best-in-class sales and communication techniques. Develops compelling value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans to drive business outcomes and generate new opportunities. Engages decision makers to articulate Microsoft's value proposition and translates features into business impact.
Actively seeks customer feedback to understand satisfaction drivers and creates long-term strategies to maintain customer satisfaction.
