• AssistingthePersonalisation Program Managerwho is accountable forleadingthisglobalinitiativeacross all stakeholder groups globally

• Practicehands-oneCommerce ProgramManagementandProgramManagements skills

• Provide day-to-day support in onsite personalisation activities and make recommendations for improvement of campaigns.

• Work with Personalisation Program Manager and Merchandising experts to continuously fine-tune personalisation tools settings and share knowledge.

• Learning about and usingOnsite Personalisationrelated tools and datato uncoveropportunities

• Monitoring active Personalisation campaigns,creatingand assigning tasks to relevant teams for follow-up

• Gathering inputsfrom various stakeholders,compiling,and sending updates and reports (emails, presentations)

• Assistfor internal communication such as Newsletter with gathering contentsoraise awareness of the team’s activities and accomplishments for engagement.

• Developing yourexpertiseineCommerceandunderstanding the importance ofpersonalisationon revenue

Your Profile:

• Be a student or graduate after January 2026

• Bachelor's orMaster'sdegreein Engineering, Computer Sciences,Information SystemsBusinessand Economicsor equivalent/related fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillse

• Results orientated,with a positivepro-activeattitudeandwillingness tocontribute, learn and deliver

• Polite but persistent,withgood collaborationand negotiationskillsto help make surepeoplegetthings done in time

• Strong written and verbal communication skillsin English (at least B2, preferably C1 level ofproficiency)

• Passionate abouteCommerce orITbutseeingyourself in aProduct orProject management roleratherthan asan Engineer / Developer

• Enjoys working in adiversefrom different geo-locations, and flexible and willing toaccommodatemeetings across various time zones, ensuring
