1. Work closely with suppliers, BU and R&D to ensure production predictability at the supplier.
2. Assists to assure capacity and output with good quality at the supplier.
3. Manage customer complaint management through 8D reporting.
4. Drive implementation and validation of improvement/corrective actions.
5. Provide recommendations and risk assessments on new suppliers and new process technologies.
6. Responsible for sustaining activities and process activities.
7. Responsible for driving the continuous improvement plan.
8. Work with the supplier to develop and implement the quality management plan using industry tools and standards to drive quality improvements and initiatives.

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in R&D, automation or industrial engineering.
2. 5 years+ of experience in electronics quality or engineering function.
3. Good communication skills (written and oral) in English, Mandarin is an asset.
4. Ability to work directly with suppliers to fix product quality issue.
5. Be familiar with Lean and 6 Sigma.
6. Skilled in root cause analysis and problem solving.
7. Good computer and presentation skills.
8. Experience with large-scale projects is a plus.
9. Good working enthusiasm and teamwork spirit.
10. Passion for quality and continuous improvement.
11. International mindset.
12. Language skills: Vietnamese and English language skills are mandatory, Mandarin is an asset.
