Corporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.

The Trainee performs delegated tasks with the objective to take over more and more responsibilities and learn all required skills for his / her future job. The main purpose of this job is to gain experience of all aspects of a selected area.•As part of our team, you will:

• Support accounting team monthly and yearly close
• Global master data interface
• SOX data Archive
• Manual Journal Entry posting
• E-Vouchers filing
• Internal audit support
• External audit support
• Co-operate work with other teams.

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good at MS Office tools: Excel, PPT, Word.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Quick learner, self-driven

It would be nice if you also had:

• Accounting or Finance study background is preferred.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge on SAP
