Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in a business related field.
Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
Experience in assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and selling.
Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and to achieve goals to drive growth.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
