You will report directly to our Field Service Leader (FSL) and you'll work out of our Aarhus/Vallensbaek, Denmark location on a hybrid work schedule.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute project strategies and plans
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
Oversee project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in project management or related roles or alternatively worked experience within engineering in building automation
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex customer projects
Strong guiding and people management skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
